Closed Captions
If you identify a video of ours that does not contain closed captioning, please contact hello@planningseason.studio so that we may provide them to you. We will make best efforts to provide those captions to you within 7 business days.
How we test
We review the Site using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (WebAIM), keyboard-only navigation, and manual color-contrast checks against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We check color contrast, image descriptions (alt text), heading structure, link clarity, and form labels, and we re-test when we add new pages or content.
Third-party Content
Some features, such as our Squarespace website, embedded planning tools, Canva templates, Google Sheets, and payment checkout, are provided by third parties and may not be fully within our control. If you have trouble with any of them, please contact us and we’ll provide the information in another format.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, a few elements built into our website platform (Squarespace) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, including some small automatically generated text, such as the shopping cart indicator, cookie banner controls, and certain store or checkout labels, which can have lower color contrast. These elements are controlled by the platform, not by us. We monitor them and will update them as fixes become available. If any part of the Site is difficult to use, please email hello@planningseason.studio and we’ll provide the information or complete your order with you directly.
