Welcome to Planning Season. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of
planningseason.studio, our interactive tools, our newsletters, and any products you purchase
from us. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the site or our products.

1. Our products
Planning Season sells digital products, including wedding planning guides, workbooks,
checklists, interactive web-based tools, Google Sheets templates, Canva templates, invitation
suites, and wedding website templates.
All products are digital. Nothing will be shipped to you. After purchase, you will receive access
by email, by download link, or both.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Images of products, including
mockups, are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final files.
2. Purchases and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by our e-commerce provider
at checkout. We do not store your full payment details.
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases you
have already completed.
3. Delivery and access
Your purchase confirmation email will include your download links and/or access instructions. If
you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, then contact us at
Some products, including our interactive tools, are hosted online and accessed through a web
link. We aim to keep these tools available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a
tool becomes unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will help.
Some interactive tools save your information only in your own web browser. Clearing your
browser data or switching devices may erase it. Please save, print, or download anything you
want to keep.
Canva templates require a free Canva account, and Google Sheets templates require a free
Google account. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
4. Your license to use our productsWhen you purchase a Planning Season product, we grant you a personal, limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own wedding or event planning.
You may:

Download, print, and edit your copies for your own personal use

Share printed pages or your completed planning documents with your partner, family, and
vendors involved in your own wedding
You may not:

Share, sell, resell, sublicense, or give away our products, files, templates, or access links
●
Share access to our interactive tools or templates with people who have not purchased
them
●
Post our files or content online, including on file-sharing sites or social media
●
Claim our designs or content as your own
●
Use our products for any commercial purpose, including in a wedding planning, design, or
stationery business, without our written permission
Gifts: If you purchase a product as a gift, the license transfers to the person who receives it, for
their own personal use.
5. Refunds
Refunds. We want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t right for you, email us at
hello@planningseason.studio within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. No
complicated forms. Just tell us what didn’t work. After 14 days, all sales are final. If you have
trouble accessing your purchase at any time, contact us and we’ll make it right.
6. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our products, including text, guides, designs, templates,
illustrations, graphics, logos, photographs we own, software, and interactive tools, is owned by
Planning Season or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual
property laws.
"Planning Season" and our logo are our brand. You may not use them without our written
permission.
7. Free resources and email
We may offer free downloads in exchange for your email address. By signing up, you agree to
receive emails from us, which may include planning tips, product information, and offers. You
can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Our free resources are subject to the same personal-use license described in Section 4.
8. Not professional advice
Our products, website, articles, videos, and emails provide general information and planning
tools only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Calculators, budgets,
tipping guidelines, and cost examples are estimates, and actual prices and customs vary.

9. Affiliate links
Some links on our website, in our emails, and in our videos are affiliate links. If you make a
purchase through one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Our website and products may link to or rely on third-party services, such as Canva, Google,
payment processors, and video platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability,
or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

When using our website and tools, you agree not to:
